Eligibility for Refunds
A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (subject to investigation)
- Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
- Purchased content not being delivered due to system failure
- Subscription cancellations within the allowed refund window (if applicable)
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Digital goods (e.g., in-game currency, skins, weapons) once used or redeemed
- Purchases made by mistake or due to a change of mind
- Banned or restricted accounts due to policy violations
- Promotional or discounted items
- Subscription charges after the free trial period has ended
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must:
- Submit a request via our Support Center at support@vectorpay.asia
- Provide the transaction ID, payment details, and reason for the refund
- Attach any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages)
Refund Processing
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction
- Processed refunds will take time to be reflected on the customers’ account balance and this is dependable on providers of the refund method
Modifications to Policy
We reserve the right to modify these Refund Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant updates via email or on our platform.
